An initial Study
Objective
To
analysis a necessary of old employee involved introductory minim salary for old
employee, to examine their benefit and disadvantages and to recommend the best
approach to take.
Summary
In
this time, almost all employee of Yugo Sound Ltd, give the best result of
marketing and produce our product.
But,
though not all old employees unhappy with this condition, employee feel
disadvantages and all activity can be their limited. So, we think that this
condition is not good enough.
As
the employee, we need something new to make a good working and quality in this
company can be more exist than others.
For
the company itself, this satisfaction among employee leads to low morale and
reduce productivity this is can influence our effort, it is could not let it go
then, we ought to do something and making a kind of revolution in recruitment a
new employee.
There
are three basic options for the future:
1. Prosperity.
It means that’s why the employees have less motivation to do or produce this
product can be decrease,
2. Place of Company.
Employees could start work any time between 8.00 to 10.00 am and work through
for eight hours. This would not solve all employees problems but it would solve
most of them.
3. Understaffing.
Employees can not produce this product with target at a set time.
Proposal
Introduce
a system of prosperity for now, retaining the option of increasing totality
later if this seems appropriate.
Position
Almost
all old employee beef about totality as worker is not give appreciate.
Problem
Although
this works up to a point, it does have certain disadvantageous, both for the
organization and for some of the employees.
The employees:
some employee who older works here are satisfied with appearance well human
resource, but many of them find the present system restrictive. There are
several reason about it, but the elder employee work here most strongly in
favor of greater flexibility are in particular:

Parent, especially for children who want
to school and the necessary in every day becoming higher.
The marketing:
decreasing of product and make not stable for company after some old employees
dissatisfied.
A
more totality working would make it easier for many employees,who have elderly
would like to be more available for.
An
initial study questioned 150 employees in a cross-section of ages and
departments. A large majority were in favor of researching well human resource
approach, in the particular the woman and the elder member of the company. It
is worth nothing that a minority staff was against the introduction of working
sample. Appendix 1 gives the full results of this study.
Possibilities
Since
the report looking at the principle and not detail of research well Totality
working, the option available fall broadly into three categories: give house
for employee, increasing salary, and recruitment new employee. Although the
system is not perfect, at least we know it works. The staff all signed their
contracts on the understanding that the company need better solution internal business, and while it may not be

any new system is bound to incur problems.
Prosperity.
Prosperity means for employee that employee consider this job will help live
them in the future, especially for employees have married, it mean all
something can more hard.
Place of company.
Beside minim salary, place of company also is the problem, keeping the site
open from, say, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. All employees are contracted to work a
certain number of hours a week and time clock are installed. Employees simply
clock on off whenever they enter or leave the building, until the have reached
their full number of hours each week.
This
system has the obvious benefit that it can accommodate a huge degree of
totality working which should suit demands of all employees.
Understaffing. More
and more request costumer to buy this product it means that this product has
good quality. if this company has not employees, so, we can get the target to
produce this product.
Proposal
Given
the number of employees motivation with allow what the employees want to
increase the number of salary, because at this time, the necessary of employees
is the main problem, especially for old employees, it seem sensible to adopt
some kind of researching approach. But
it is probably advisable to find a system that
allows the significantly minority who prefer to stay as they are to do
daily.
So, which is the best system to choose? It
is harder to go backward than forward in developing new system. Increasing the
salary, perhaps to make the motivation of employees can be more creative,
because if the salary to be increase, so the old employees can more active and happy
when they work, of course to produce this product more good.
So
at this stage it seems that the most useful and able to work which contain most
of the benefit required by the employees.
